Still hanging in the 192 zone...still in ketosis...8 days at this weight. I have stayed low carb except for Sat I had a some brownies after I had to bake them for refreshments. Took a test bite and it was over...I had to eat some. Unfortunately, some are still in my kitchen beckoning me constantly. I can't throw them out because others are eating them.
Went heavy on the fat 01/15/2012.
