Kinda peeved. Weekends seem to be my veggies-suck-I-like-meat-and-cheese days. Which seems to result in a gain. Gotta stop overdoing the protein!

Today I upped my fat and while my calories seem through the roof the protein was down, I stayed low on my carbs, and am hoping tomorrow the scale will be nice again. Come on Tuesday morning!
