I'm still sick and not exercising. Asthma like symptoms--could be horrible cat allergy although I had a cat for 20 years with no allergies. I'm going to try to change the kind of litter we use to see if that will help.
Eating, while not out of control, was definitely not Atkins. Yesterday though, I started again--even with that pumpkin pie calling me in the refrigerator! Lunch was my typical salad w blue cheese dressing and chicken, dinner swiss cheese, ham and sweet pickles. Missed breakfast.
