Steady weight --I've done ok, but haven't been as strict about food and exercise as I know I need to be. I could be more strict on my diet (I follow phase 2 pretty closely, but there are occasional lapses like a beer at dinner), but I think the real issue for me right now is exercise. I still walk to and from work, which totals about 40 minutes. It's about a mile each way-- and it takes longer to walk there in the snow and ice. But, I really just need to get more regular and vigorous exercise... even when it's cold or I'm busy or whatever.
I've said that for months, am just having trouble working into my daily life like I had it worked in before we moved and I took the new job and all that. Hrmph.
