No no no dont let it bring you down!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am also on that track but I know after tomorrows walking trip I am going to feel on top of the world! If you stay near walking trails or maybe a safe park go and explore! I am going to it to make myself feel better after my weight gain.... oeps!

Thanks for the support guys! Very true, I love park runs and trail. Will get back into it quickly, I focussed on sorting out my head first. :)

Take it one day at a time, we on the same boat and trust me focusing on my weight is the only thing that makes me feel good.
