didnt break 190 but i am 190 so Ill take it. Ive been working so hard and its so great to see results again. HCB asked one of my other post what I had started to do different and I really want to share but I also had to think it thru and get my thoughts together , sooo here it is..
1. I stopped making excuses. Excuses not to go to the gym, to cheat, to justify cheating, to not log, to give up. I just keep waking up everyday and not whining about it anymore
2. I stopped caring about what other people thought..about low carb, about the gym, about my obsession and started to really do my own thing
3. I started working out like someone was watching.. ya I know.. that shouldn't matter but when I started to pay more attention, my form and commitment got stronger and I quit cutting corners
3. I quit eating after 7 pm .. for real.
4. added more veggies.. even have started eating the same thing almost every day.. veggie crudites with either hummus or blue cheese dressing for mid morning snack but hey, i get my veggies in.
5. My son became a vegetarian so I started to purchase and cook more vegan/vegetarian meals and products.
6. Cut out soda 100 % not even one fresca
7. Drinking more water.
8. Made myself a really awesome gym playlist.. I know kinda corny but it gets me moving every morning.
9. Cut back on my online time . To much electronic stimulation wasnt helping me.
SO basically I cut out all the bullsheet whining excuses and lies I would tell myself, quit feeling sorry for myself and started to work for it. I read some books, got a great new gym plan, and got busy working hard. My 14's I just got are falling off now and Im really looking forward to the next size. Anyone who is struggling, just push thru it..this is a great place to come to .. Ive been here since 2010 and dont think I wanna leave lol. Have a great day every one !
