been under alot stress. still exercising 4 days. some days only 20 min other 30. but I'm still trying. I tell myself it keeps my sanity lol so if I gain back a pound prob because I'm eating better. my anxiety level been so high from stress it's hard to eat much. hopefully soon this passes..seems like lately it's always something being added that increase my stress. today I feel more energetic and I'm pumping out my dumbell weights today and getting it on relieve some of this damn stress u know!
