Started PSMF on Monday. I had meant to start on the first but life threw a curve ball so just stuck with my usual WOE. Have lost a couple of lbs and feel really good. Very noticeable in the belly region, which is where I carry most of my fat. Waist down 3"!

Tomorrow will be my "free meal", then back at it Monday!

What is PSMF?

rapunzel. Protein Sparing Modified Fast. It is a pretty low cal way of eating but enough protein that you are losing fat not muscle. It is not a long term way of eating but kinda like a blip in my low carb journey. There is a website- psmf diet dot com and also a group on FB.

Nice drop RcKc and thanks for sharing. Sounds like PSMF might be just the ticket to help move stubborn fat.
