Well, I ate a lot more this week, yet I still managed to lose some weight. From Wednesday to Wednesday I lost 2 lbs. Right on target.
75,0 kg Indtil videre tabt: 3,4 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 11,5 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
