I rode the elliptical machine for a 1/2 hour last night. I took it easy, but it was good just to do something. I might try a little kenpo tonight. I'm still out of balance, but not too bad. It can't hurt to try. I might even do an ab workout.
94,8 kg Indtil videre tabt: 29,9 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 1,8 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
