The weight is up today, but I had another work out last night. I did Kenpo, but my ear was popping a bit. I may stick to the elliptical for a while until my ear is better. I may also do some ab workouts. I think weights might put too much pressure on the ear right now. I'll be glad when I'm back to normal.
