Soft Dry Fast Day 3.5 into 84hrs

yesterday I took a bath and noticed more water into my system. my skin is becoming a sponge!

Huh... now I'm curious; What's a soft dry fast?

A Dry Fast is no food- no Water, a "Soft" Dry Fast is no-foo/no-water but I can take a shower or having contact with water. Since the skin becomes a sponge while dry fasting it allows the body to get some water through it.
I can't stay without showering or brushing my teeth..."hard" dry fast doesn't allow any liquid contacts!

Yikes, I definitely wouldn't want to do a hard dry fast! I prefer to wash my hands after the restroom! :P :)
