I went up a pound this morning. At least it wasn't more. I didn't think I ate too much yesterday and I had a great workout last night. I may be building muscle. I'm thinking about doing an Insanity workout tonight in place of plyo. I watched their plyo workout and it's much more intense than P90X. It may also help to mix things up a bit.
