Ok, didn't gain this week. I think I did pretty well meal choices, but think I need to change a few things. I was talking to someone yesterday who recommended not to eat the frozen meals every day at lunch when I am working. I need something fast to run out of the house with in the morning, not the best morning person when I get up at 5:30am and have to run around all day. Might have to start packing it at night and through an extra chicken breast on the grill at night for lunch. We will see how next week brings.
