Just moved to a new apartment and have been busy trying to get what I need. I am hopeful eliminating gluten will help me lose weight and help my hypothyroidism and mental health issues. I'm on 62.5 mcg of levothyroxine a day. just started drinking tea, but must wait at least an hour after taking my thyroxine to drink it. Currently using up my gluten products and looking for gluten free ones.
