My weight didn't change today most likely because I had only 3/4 hours sleep last night.
I hope to catch up with some sleep tonight.

How do you measure ketosis? I haven't bought sticks yet, but my protein and vegetables intake probably still too high to tip into ketosis. I'm easing into this.
