Im still not taking WWs seriously. the more i try to count points during the day time, the more i want to forget about the points in the evening. :( I want to try everything right today, stay on track, and get my head straight on WWs. (23 daily ww points)
Its sad to see skim milk contains so many point....:( 1point of non fat milk is..............1/8 glass
This morning I calculated the percentage of my body fat using my measurements with inches in weist and hip an neck. turn out to be my percent body fat 33.9% is consiered as obese. so hard to accept this the term that im obese but i kind of known that i always have too much of this abdomen fat and my huge hip (sigh....)
I guess this should be a pretty good indicator. I should work hard and measure it again onece a month.
