Water Fast Day
Yesterday I went out with my scooter for some grocery shopping but that's about it. My weight didn't change at all for my lack of exercise, even without eating absolutely no food!

Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

As you've said, weight isn't the main reason you do these fasts, so not too much an issue, I'd suppose. :) Here's to a beautiful day!
