Well did expect to loose something, but with me having a wisdom tooth abscess and drinking all those pills, I thought it will sabotage my ketosis, but that is fine rather that then sitting with that darn tooth ache thought, I was going mad - everything pained even the bones in my Face, thank the Lord that pain is gone so this week I will be on Induction again just to get the ball rolling again, have a great week my FS friends......
