So I didn't do anything different, not wearing clothes or anything like that. I GENUINELY am down to 157.6 with what I'm eating. This is really starting to work. Granted I'm on the low end of what I need a day but that's ok. I just want to get down to around 145 and then I'll slowly increase what I'm eating to 2000k a day again.
