My FIL’s journey on this Earth has ended. We had a great run together. Today is the first day I am alone in this house, I will never hear him call out my name again and with that, I will not have to watch him suffer as he did the last month of his life. Thank you all for the prayers that were said.

I went through the same thing with my MIL a few years ago. I loved her so much. I'm so happy for the memories I was able to make with her and I hope you have many happy memories to cherish as well. So sorry for your loss.

Thank you all. Today I made sure to log everything. I’ll need to drink more water for the day (again) and drink less coffee, black coffee but still I drink too much. Now that I think about it I forgot to add that vodka soda I had left over from last night. Good to write things out ;/) Prace to you all, I’ll be just fine 😇
