i was surprised to see another drop in my weight this morning...my one complaint about low carb is that i never know when it's water and when I'm actually past that initial water and its actual weight loss now. this is 11 lbs since i started...once i hit the 240s there won't be any denying it...7.8lbs to go to reach that!
116,5 kg Indtil videre tabt: 7,3 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 30,3 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
