It's been a week, i droped 2.6lb! I've been trying skipping supper and replace with tea when im feeling hungry.
i allowing myself to have a skinny latte when i crave for food realy badly (in the early afternnon). and one piece of chocolate per day just to keep my mood going.
Im also doing 30 mins of cardio/day. I alternate running and ellipticle each day.
so far im doing great and feeling awsome!
