It's been a week, i droped 2.6lb! I've been trying skipping supper and replace with tea when im feeling hungry.

i allowing myself to have a skinny latte when i crave for food realy badly (in the early afternnon). and one piece of chocolate per day just to keep my mood going.

Im also doing 30 mins of cardio/day.
I alternate running and ellipticle each day.

so far im doing great and feeling awsome!
63,8 kg Indtil videre tabt: 1,1 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 0,7 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

You shouldn't be skipping dinner and replacing it with tea, that's not a sufficient amount of nutrients for your body....try having lean meats and veggies instead...
