Another week, another 1.8 lbs closer to my goal! I have just about finished with the JC program, and I am finding it soooo hard to stay focused and just finish. But on the other hand I tell myself that now that I have developed the eating patterns I can do this on my own, maybe going below my original goal that I set. Well, I guess I will just have to see what the following year brings me!
