I don't know why my weight keeps going up sometimes. I didn't eat very much and I had a great elliptical workout last night. I'll focus on no snacking again and I get back into weight training this week. Chest and Back tonight.
95,4 kg Indtil videre tabt: 29,3 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 2,4 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

After a good workout, your muscles hold onto water to recover so often weight goes up for a day or two. Stay consistent and it will go back down. Great job!
