Yesterday did some work in dusty stoarage. Woke up with a sinus headache probably due to dust mite allergy. Took some OTC sinus pill and am drinking hot coffee with MCT oil, Laxaclear and half and half. Lower back pain was greater last night so finally took a pain pill to alleviate the pain so I could sleep.
Yesterday I was asked to call Bingo on Thursdays and Mondays. I declined Thursday for now-- thank You Father God for the wisdom. Today would have been a bad day to have to get up and go with this headache. I already logged my food intake on Myfitnesspal.com this morning. Yesterday I got in 30 minutes stationary bike.
