Can’t believe my weight is staying the same. Could be the exercising hasn’t been going very well. Scared I had damaged my knee. X-rays showed no damage but going to see what physio says before seeing a specialist
Will keep on my regular exercise just with a knee support

As long as my weight doesn’t go up I’m happy 😊
