Weigh in was this morning. Not tracked my food this week as have been I'll with the flu and haven't eaten a lot so was expecting a drop. I just hope it continues next week 🙏. Gutted to have missed out of all the snow in UK as well as have stuck indoors. Have a great weekend everyone ❤

Can anyone please help new to this. Is there a reason why it adds calories in fruit, vegetables & salad all plan no dressing eg.

@kelpete2 vegetables and fruits has calories and carbs in it. Do not be afraid of a word calorie. Just eat clean and u will get to your goal

Thanks starting again tomorrow due to very poor health in & out off hospital put on tons need to lose at least 8 stone.
