I sabotaged myself last weekend and I injured myself during the week.. Now my Mini goal of 100kg in March is slipping away. Whyyyy! Focus is required..

You're not alone. My week was a total explosion. Can feel so down when this happens. Just accept it, as tough as it is. Then start again. :)
