I expected to lose some weight yesterday after the 3 hour trek I went on, but instead I went up a little. We will see what tomorrow brings.
94,3 kg Indtil videre tabt: 30,5 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 1,3 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

I am not a personal trainer or anything like that, but I don't think it is a good idea to live day to day, better to look at your overall results.
