This past weekend, I ran on Sunday, and took Saturday off. I also ran this morning.

Time: 44 minutes
Calories: 477
Incline: 0
Speed: 7 & 3.4 for the first 20 minutes, then 7.2 & 3.4

I also worked out my calves this morning. In the evening, I'm working my back and abs.
64,0 kg Indtil videre tabt: 7,7 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 1,4 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
