Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

An appetizing tilapia dish that's easy to prepare and enjoy.

Ingredienser

Vejledninger

  1. Preheat oven 450 °F (230 °C).
  2. Rinse and pat fish dry (paper towel). Sprinkle with seasoning of choice.
  3. Bake in oven for approximately 5 minutes. In the meantime, mix lime juice with olive oil.
  4. Drizzle the lime/oil mixture over fish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Put under broiler for 2 minutes or until top of fish starts to brown.
  5. Serve immediately.

I love fish and it's so low in calories. I tried this today, what a difference a little parm cheese makes. LOVED IT. I didn't have lime so I used lemon, my fave anyway.

It was great cooked it tonight and hubby loved it! The talapia was only 110 cals and the parmasan i used said 20 cal per 2 tbls oil is 130 for 2 tbls not sure about lime juice but I dont get how 1 serving can be 210 cal? oh well It was great!!
