dawnsdiet's Dagbog, 12 feb 08

It pays to read labels! Decided to record the candy I ate in my food journal thinking since it was sugar free would not have a great lot of carbs. But 1 candy has 6 grams of carbs and for two weeks I am trying to limit my carbs to 20 g a day. Pretty much says it all.

If you don't mind me asking, why so little carbs if you are on weight watchers? Weight watchers doesn't require counting carbs, and 20 grams a day is Atkins level. Are you switching to Atkins?

Thought I would try to get off the 185 mark and give Atkins a try for two weeks.

Oh I hope so. I started to reread one of his books today to help keep me on track. I usually quit any diet I start and then regain what I lost plus more so trying very hard to stick with some plan. Last nite I got into the hickory smoked potato chips but today have done well. I envy you living in Australia with no snow. Today makes the 15th winter storm we have gotten this year according to the weather man. I fell doing the end of the road after the plow went by so expect I will feel a bit sore on my wrist/side.Have a great day!
