Last two days I've just been eating uncontrollably. I don't have the willpower to turn down free food at work. The ladies I work with planned themed days just to get everyone in the mood for Christmas. Breakfast casseroles, cookies galore. I then let it set the tone for the night and justify it in my head since I didn't eat very well in the morning the evening meal will just be convenience junk. I'm hoping to offset this by not eating much the next two days and drinking lots of water. It'll be another willpower battle next week when we have our Christmas lunch at work. Lots of carb heavy foods to be had.
