Well its been almost a month since I last posted. Time sure does go by quick. The interesting thing is that I am still at 168.8 pounds. The one thing I can attest to about a Primal/Paleo lifestyle is that weight maintenance is not an issue. Just look at my weight history over the last two years. If you eat the right foods in the right amounts your never going to put the weight back on. Its not a diet...something to follow for 6 weeks and then abandon. This is a permanent healthy life style change that can be maintained indefinitely with little effort. If you have tried other means of dropping weight take a moment to explore the Paleo way of living. You will be amazed at the results!
