Started a 22 hour fast yesterday. I started at 3pm and ended at 1pm. I was looking forward to a bacon cheeseburger sans the bun, but ended up eating sea bass, roasted cauliflower and some weird tasting zucchini noodles. It was pretty tasty.
I've also been trying to just weigh myself once a week on wednesdays. Although I do get on the scale in between, I just don't record the weight. We'll see how that goes.
