there is a few groups you can join on fb . I love this lifestyle and I've learnt alot from the groups

There is also a free fasting app called Zero. It provides info on intermittent fasting as well. I use it, to track my hours. Especially when I decide to do a 48 or 72 hr fast once or twice a month.

I found the body fast app the best. They have a brilliant FB group.
