I have found that I should not have anything sweet in the morning when I had waffles at 7:30 am all I wanted to do was eat for the rest of the day and well today I had a banana at 6:30 and I want sugar so bad. I am having a new rule for me nothing with sugar before 10:00 maybe that will help. I am planning to have waffles today but I am having those at 10:00 the later I give mself suagr the better I am at staying on track.


I am having a strawberry cake thing that came up under sundae on my list my throat is so sore that I needed something cold on it.

I agree. I have to stick with protein like egg whites or meat, or a heavy cereal like mini-shredded wheat or rolled oats to keep me going until lunch. Try smoothies to curb your craving for sweets. Freeze the fruit and just add a little milk to the blender and maybe a packet of sweetener like Stevia (natural). More like ice cream when you don't add ice. Only problem is you have to either make tons to share or hide it from the kids:)

seriously this is why I try to stay away from fruit it is really because once I start I just don't want to stop. I froze some strawberries in spenda and that was good to have as a treat because we all know that it is better for me then a candy bar well anyways I am going to freeze some more soon.

I have a horible sore throat and had ice cream for dinner. UGH my throat is so sore but the ice cream went down really good.
