Well I have had a hard couple of days I messed up and went over my points on Fri, this is why I need to chart everything at the time that I am going to eat it or at least write it down. Well I went up fri day morning and yesterday was worse I was starting to doubt that I can do this because as the scale was going up all I wanted to do is eat eat eat and not healthy stuff either, well this morning I am back to what I was Fri morning and I am doing the challenge starting tomarrow today is my nephew Will's birthday party. I have already decided that there will be no cake for me I will have a bar waiting for me in the car for after the party. Since my neice doesn't eat veggies I know that my brother and my SIL are going to have a low supply of those at the party so hopefully I will find something to eat probably a sandwich and fruit but I am watching what I am eating this morning and having 2 points before we leave and eating cheese in the car before we get there. That is the best plan I can have at this point. But seeing the scale not being as high has made me really want to not over eat.
