150.5 the day after...Weigh to go!!!! Made sure I went to the gym and did an hour of my favorite "Dancing with the Stairs" and just weighed in before I came in to write this journal and look at me!!!!! Going to my friend Carla's farm for another gathering of friends and family and am feeling confident that I can handle this as well! Have a wonderful Friday everyone, Towanda!!!!!
