Went to a memorial for my boyfriend's best friend in Berkeley ... we got Caspers Chili Dogs because that was his favorite.
I ate 200 grams of carbs in one day when I've been staying under 50 grams.
The really interesting thing though is that in my mind I thought it was so much worse than it was calorie-wise and when I marked everything that I ate I was still under my calories for the day. I'm very aware that I'm not in ketosis now and that I would have to keep my protein very low for a few days to get back in that state and I'm okay with that.
I even lost a little bit of weight on the scale this morning❤ Rest in Peace Josh.
