I'm staying on the right track. Yeah Me! I faced a challenge yesterday, and I managed to stay strong. I work at a doctor's office. Drug Reps often bring us "goodies" to show their gratitude for the MDs prescribing their meds. Well, yesterday, they brought Olive Garden. I love Olive Garden! I know the salad is not bad, and I know the linguine w/marinara isn't bad either. But, she brought lasagna, chicken parmesan, chicken alfredo, and lady fingers. Ughhh! What to do? I am a girl that loves to eat, and I love a variety. The more the better. I just love the way it all tastes and smells, it's just wonderful. So I stood at the table for a few moments, salivating over the delicious, gorgeous food. Then I filled my plate w/ salad (no dressing) and a cup of the linguine. That is what I stuck with. For desert, while everybody else had lady fingers, I had a 90 cal butterfinger stick. And you know what? I felt damned proud of my victory!
