Well i have gained again. I am more upset than discouraged but i'm not giving up. Thanks to a comment (the last time i gained) from Suzi161 on googeling "Why the Scales Lie" i know exactly why i gained. For some reason i have some extra water in my body this morning? But hey, i am a woman so is that so suprising? ha ha Anyway, it will come back off with in the next day, I JUST KNOW IT! And now that i have done my little Splenda test i think thats why i have gained also. I make a 2L jug of tea with 1 1/4 cup Splenda ( i know thats a lot) and i drank 2 huge glasses with dinner last night (didnt eat until 930pm). So besides the fluid retention and Splenda i know exactly why i gained! So thanks once again Suzi161 for that article information!!

Hey, I found something last night that had sugar alcohols. You're in induction, right? I guess from all the info I found on the net, some people's weight-loss is hindered by that type of stuff. Would Splenda be the same type of deal? I really want to try these sugar free cupcakes, but I guess people on induction aren't supposed to. So if you know the scoop, please send it my way. I'm so confused. Thanks!

Another reason you are probably showing a gain is the fact that you ate so late. I'm not trying to be bossy, LOL... Really... I would NEVER do that! I'm just trying to help you!! Flush it out with lots of water, it'll go back down!

If I remember correctly, we are supposed to limit sweeteners to 3 packets per day when on induction. I know that I read that information in the book somewhere. I know that some people have trouble with drinking plain water but you may want to give it a try.
