Ok, so I failed when it came to getting exercise in yesterday as well as taking in plenty of water (I only did a measly 3 glasses). However, I resisted temptation and stayed under my allotted calories and woke up this morning to a 1.3 pound loss! YAY!
I hereby commit to exercising tonight and drinking all my water today, even if it means going to the bathroom 50 bajillion times. :P
