this week i have been stressed out, tomorrow is a new day and weight in, my goal is to go a week with out anything "white" no sugar, white bread(dont eat that anyway) snack crackers. and potato . i dont eat rice, and eat very little potatoes. its the sugar!!!! going to try to keep my carb down 150 or less. i still well eat my oatmeal, and whole wheat muffin in the am, i will do it
