Nice! I now officially weigh the lowest I have weighed since I started on FS. Maybe the week off strictly watching calories helped? Maybe sticking with exercising at least 4 days a week? Maybe the additional water I drank yesterday? I wish I knew so I knew what I was doing right and what I was doing wrong. Perhaps this will motivate me to stick with my exercise more? I guess we will see what the week holds in store for me.
