Well buddies let me first apologize for not being on top of my buddy duties and sending my support like a good buddy should; I've been very busy spending time with my sister who has finally made it to my home as well as trying very hard to keep up with working out. I feel as I'm doing very well but it has limited how much time I have for just surfing the net and being as supportive as I try to be.
