Day 2 of hospital vigils while my friend has her cancer testing done. We were here for 10 hours yesterday with a two hour drive each way. Since we had to be here so early (6:45am) it totally screwed up my timing so I ended up eating an extra meal yesterday which threw my calories off. I am not going to fret it though because it wasn't mindless snacking. There were at least 3-4 hours between each meal so I know my body was hungry and I actually got all my water in and didn't overeat at any meal. Given the less than idea circumstances, I think I am doing pretty good.
