Woohoo! I am so close to mini goal #1 (lose 10 pounds)!!! Just one more pound and I will have lost 10 pounds! (From where I actually started, 173.5, not according to my weight history). Apparently the break from checking in daily was what I needed. It was starting to feel like a chore so I was wanting to give up. Instead, I kept recording what I was eating and doing, but stopped recording journals. It didn't feel like a chore that way. I ate decently and lost almost 3 pounds last week. YAY! I feel so much better about myself now. I am back to what I weighed before my husband moved in with me, and much of this is thanks to him for encouraging me and helping me keep on track.
Off to the parents house for Easter. Tata!
