Well back on my pain pills for my back injury and the Shingles so Im hoping thats not going to cause a problem for weight loss. They make me extremely tired but I am still doing my exercise and hoping to go to the gym when Michael gets home it will depend on the time frame today. Fixing homemade soup for dinner and using salt and fat free chicken stock which is a good thing just hope it has flavor. Will get more exercise tomorrow as Im going to clean the dreaded closets and move and maybe lift boxes depending on my back.

If anyone has any good recipes that are low carb for chicken PLEASE let me know I havent had any lately cause Im tired of them the same old way.
